Definitions:
PROMOTER: Elite Collection Club Limited, hereby referred to as ECC throughout these terms and conditions
CONTEST: The Prize Competition operated by the Promoter to which these Terms and Conditions Apply, wherein the Entrants submit entries to win the Prize.
ENTRY: An individual submission by the entrant to obtain an opportunity to win the Prize.
QUESTION: A statement requiring resolution by means of skill, judgement or knowledge by the entrant in order to be considered for inclusion in the relevant draw with the chance to be able to win the said prize
ELIGIBLE ENTRIES: All entries received where the entrant correctly answers the question.
POSTAL ENTRIES: Visit www.elitecollectionclub.co.uk and log into your account (after creating one for free), then send a postcard or envelope to Elite Collection Club Ltd, Suite 242, Peel House, 30 The Downs, WA14 2PX with your email address, postal address, telephone number and name, during the relevant Promotion Period, to be entered into the prize draw. Only one entry per postcard or envelope is permitted and one per named competition. No Purchase Necessary entries will be given the same equal chance of winning as all other entries and all other provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall equally apply to such entries made via this route, providing they meet the validity conditions. If using this entry method, please ensure you engineer these entries to arrive at least 5 working days before the relevant draw, to allow for consideration and processing. Within 3 working days of receipt of these entries, entrants will be sent an email acknowledgement of their entry with a ticket number.
Failure to provide the above details or any breach in the above terms will render your ticket nill and void.
PAYMENT: The non-refundable fee for purchasing a ticket in any of the competitions.
ENTRANT: Any person (not including a limited company, partnership or limited liability partnership, international entrant who does not have the right to reside in the UK) who enters the competition to win the Prize.
PRIZE: The brand new car shown on the website or the alternative cash equivalent offered, or the non-car prize as stated in the relevant competition.
WINNER: The Entrant chosen at random, after the Closing Date who will receive the Prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
As a condition of entering the Prize Competition, Entrants must ensure that, by doing so, they do not contravene any laws of their country of residence. The Promoter will not be liable in any way if an Entrant enters the competition unlawfully
By entering the Prize Competition via the Website, Entrants are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
Upon entering the Prize Competition, all Entrants must submit all contact details requested by the Promoter (which must include a valid e-mail address and telephone number) which will be used for the following purposes:
- a) to notify the Winner that they have won the prize
- b) to post the Winner’s name and town of residence on the Website; and
- c) to comply with the Privacy Policy. All entrants are solely and completely responsible for providing the Promoter with accurate and current contact details. The Promoters will be in no way liable for any failure or inability to make contact with any Entrant due to any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the contact details provided by the Entrants or otherwise.
English is the only language in which an entrant may submit their entry, and will be language of operation and correspondence throughout the competitions.
By entering into the Prize Competition, all entrants acknowledge that their entry fee paid, and therefore entry into the Prize Competition and successful manipulation of the question does not guarantee in any way that they will win the prize, or the value of any prize offered.
The Entrants and the Promoters recognise that the competition, its administration and all associated activities are governed by English Law and the Promoters and Entrants recognise that the County or High Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute
By entering the Prize Competition, Entrants warrant that all information which they submit is accurate, true, current and complete. The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entrant (entirely at their own discretion) if there are reasonable grounds to believe the Entrant has acted in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions. Entrants shall rely on their own enquiries and legal advice on the Prize before entering the Competition.
Privacy Policy – ENTRANTS accept that the PROMOTERS may use the data submitted (as defined by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) (GDPR)) to manage the WEBSITE in strict accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Further, this information may be disclosed to any regulatory body engaged in the prevention of fraud, money laundering, or other regulatory reasons.
By entering the competitions, all entrants agree that the promoters may hold entrants contact details to inform them of other forthcoming prize competitions of a similar nature
The Prize Competition is open for entry to all persons aged 18 or over excluding the Promoter, their family, agents, employees, professional advisers or anyone else connected with the development or operation of the Website or administration of the competition in any way, shape or form.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into about the result of the Prize Competition following the determination of the Winner as described above
The Promoters do not accept responsibility for entries which they do not receive due to failures in computer systems, other malfunctions, high Internet traffic, hardware failure, software failure, server faults, mail, or any other reason. Any entries received after the relevant deadline of each competition will not be considered.
If the Winner cannot be contacted by the Promoter within 21 days of being notified of their status as the Winner by e-mail, telephone and mail to the contact details submitted in their entry, the Promoter shall be entitled to award the Prize to the entrant selected by drawing another winning entry at random in the same method as described above (“The Alternate Winner“). The Alternate Winner shall have 7 days from notification of their status by the Promoters to communicate their acceptance of the Prize. Failing this, this process will continue for a total of 5 alternative winners to claim the prize after witch time the prize money will be donated to charity.
Each Entrant agrees that the usual requirement under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 for any goods and services ordered online to be supplied within 30 days will not apply to this Prize Competition.
The Promoters reserve the right to cancel the competition at any time either before or after tickets have been sold in the event of exceptional circumstances that render the relevant competition inoperable. If the competition is cancelled, the Promoters will return the Entry Fees to each Entrant (either by bank card refund or by cheque and in one combined payment where several entries have been made by a competitor). Where the Entry Fee is returned, the Promoter shall have no further liability to the Entrant or to any other person.
An entry shall be declared void (without any refund being given) if the entrant engages in: (a) any form of fraud (actual or apparent); (b) fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) fraudulent concealment; (d) hacking or interference with the proper functioning of the website; or (e) amending, or unauthorised use of, any of the code that constitutes the Website
The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify any Entrant if their conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Competition or they have acted in breach of any of these Terms.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
If any of these clauses should ever be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
The Promoters reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and for any reason.
All Entries will become the property of the Promoters on receipt and will not be returned.
These competition rules shall not create or be construed as creating any form of contract, joint venture or other agreement between any Entrant and the Promoters.
The Promoter is in no way liable for anything that occurs subsequent to the price winner taking possession of the prize.
The Prize will be transferred by the Promoter to the Winner of the Contest free from all finance, charges and other encumbrances, at the Promoter’s expense and including all fees, charges and taxes.
Save for death or personal injury the Promoters will not be liable for any loss (including economic loss) suffered to or sustained by any person or property as a result of any act or omission of the Promoters, nor will their servants or their agents in developing, planning and Administrating the competition, distributing the Prize to the Winner or following the distribution of the Prize; The Promoters accept no liability for errors or omissions contained within the Prize details, description or specification or any other part of the Website. It is the responsibility of each Entrant (and in particular the Winner) to satisfy him/herself as to the accuracy of any such details and/or any content of the website.
There is a 3 month discretionary limit to the timeframe of each car competition and 2 months for non-car competitions. If by this time the ticket sales have not reached the ticket allocation, one of the following options will be exercised:
- Extend the draw by a further timeframe
- Cancel the draw and refund all the players to date in full
- Offer the play fund pot at that date as a draw prize, less reasonable costs incurred by the promoter (Up to 30% of the fund)
Each entrant should retain a copy of these Terms and Conditions for their future reference.
Our Maximum ticket number available for each Prize Competition refers to tickets sold at full price this excludes promotional and free entries therefore draw numbers may be higher than initially advertised on the individual listing.
ECC retains the right to make amendments to the T&C’s without notice to entrants at any time including during the competition.

By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.
You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connection are aware of these terms of use and other applicable terms and conditions, and that they comply with them.
You must not use any part of the content on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us.
